2. Products & Pricing

- In the event of any error in price or availability, Creass Mart reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders placed through the website or social media must be confirmed by phone or message before processing.
- Unconfirmed or suspicious orders may be cancelled without notice.
- Orders will be dispatched only after proper confirmation.
4. Delivery Policy
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
- Delivery time may vary due to courier availability, weather, or location.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most products. An advance payment may be required for selected items.
5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
🚫 No Refund or General Return Policy
We do not offer any refund or general return option once a product has been successfully delivered and received by the customer.
✅ 24-Hour Replacement Guarantee
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
🟡 A. Immediate Physical Damage or Wrong Product (At Delivery Time)
- If the item received is physically damaged or wrong, the issue must be reported to the delivery person immediately during handover.
- The product must be returned on the spot to the delivery person.
- We will arrange a fresh replacement on the next working day.
- The customer will not need to pay anything extra in this case.
🟠 B. Internal or Functional Issues (Within 24 Hours of Delivery)
- For any internal issue, software malfunction, or functional error (e.g. in electronics or gadgets), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence via Facebook inbox or phone.
- Once verified by our team, we will arrange a free replacement.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
📝 Conditions for Replacement:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to reject replacement claims that do not meet the above conditions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information.
- Any misuse of the platform (e.g. fake orders or false claims) may result in order cancellation and legal action.
7. Copyright & Content
- All images, text, and media on Creass Mart’s website are copyrighted.
- No content may be copied or reused without permission.
